This is the privacy policy of Tempera Mente (version 1, September 2025). In this statement we explain which personal data we process and for what purpose. Tempera Mente is responsible for the processing of personal data as set out in this privacy policy.

Please note that this is an automatic translation of our Dutch privacy policy. In case of discrepancies between the two versions, the Dutch version prevails.

What data do we process?

Tempera Mente processes as little data as possible and does not retain your data longer than necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected. Below we explain, per group, which data we process and why.

Website visitors. Tempera Mente does not process personal data of visitors to the website. In particular, we do not use cookies (we only collect anonymized visitor statistics).

Newsletter subscribers. If you sign up for the newsletter, we process your email address and IP address in order to send you the newsletter. We use the European email service MailerLite, which complies with European privacy legislation.

Minors. Tempera Mente does not intend to collect data about website visitors under the age of 16, but we cannot verify whether a visitor is older than 16.

What we don’t do

• We do not process special or sensitive categories of personal data.
• We do not use cookies or similar techniques on tempera-mente.com.
• We make no automated decisions.
• We do not sell your data to third parties.

Sharing data with third parties

We only share your data with third parties if this is necessary for the performance of a contract or to comply with a legal obligation. With companies that process your data on our behalf, we conclude a data processing agreement. The following companies may process your data:

• MailerLite Limited (Ireland): sending and managing the newsletter.
• Netlify, Inc. (US/EU): hosting and serverless functionality for our website; in this context, technical log data (such as IP address, user agent, timestamp) may be processed for security and reliability.

Accessing, correcting or deleting your data

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data. You also have the right to withdraw your consent or object to processing, and you may request the transfer of the personal data we hold about you. For any of these requests, please contact us by email.

Security

Tempera Mente takes the protection of your data seriously and implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized alteration. If you believe your data is not properly secured or you have indications of misuse, please contact us.
